Valley Hill When the Nite Comes CGC, TDI, SR359480/04 (Joe) is the high-energy, high-drive son of our Pip. We're hoping he can follow in his father's performance paw-steps. He took second in American Bred Dogs at the 2008 ECSCA National Specialty in Lancaster PA. He has 1 conformation point, and is training in the field, agility and obedience. | Ch. U-ACHX, U-CDX Pennwood Gwynllyn Great Xpectations CD, CDX-H, AXP, MJP, OA, OAJ, NFP, SH, RA, WDX, CGC, TDI SN767216/03 (Pip) is our first English Cocker Spaniel. We are extremely honored to be asked by prominent ECS breeder Lauren Sorrentino to take Pip and train him for obedience, agility, tracking and hunting. We understand many families wanted to give him a home after he retired from the conformation ring. We share Lauren's belief that he will be the next great, multi-titled English Cocker Spaniel! He has started off with a great performance in his Working Dog test on June 15, 2003, earning his Working Dog eXcellent title. He had his Junior Hunter title by qualifying at the Maryland Sporting Dog Assoc. (10/03), Mid-Atlantic Hunting Spaniel Club (11/03) and English Springer Spaniel Club of Greater Atlanta (02/04) spaniel hunt tests. He earned his Senior Hunter title at the Liberty English Cocker Spaniel Fanciers (04/04) and Central Connecticut Spaniel Club (05/04) spaniel hunt tests. He earned his Novice Agility Preferred title at the Dauphin Dog Training Club (04/04) and Tail Blazers Agility Club (05/04) trials. He earned 2 U-AGI legs at the Mattaponi Kennel Club UKC Agility Trials on Saturday, June 5, 2004, and one at the Dulles Gateway Obedience Training Club UKC Agility Trials on June 6, 2004. He completed his Novice Jumpers with Weaves Preferred title at the TBAC trials on 3/13/05. To date, he has completed 27 titles with Darin. His photo here is by Terry Rowe of Rowe Pet Art. U-CD, U-ACH Pai Gei Mirage of WudaFace CD, CD-H, NA, OAP, AJP, RA, VSPX, CGC, TDI NM759686/01 (Mirage) is our third kid from Pat & Gerry Brown of Honey Brook PA, and our Shar-Pei agility and obedience title holder. He is also Mr. August 2002 and Mr. March 2003 in the PetPrints Shar-Pei Calendars. This picture and the ones in the calendars were taken by Jean Fogle at dog camp. Mirage earned his Canine Good Citizen and Therapy Dog International titles at the Central PA Dog Training Club match on May 23, 1999. He earned his first Novice Agility leg on Saturday, October 27, 2001 at the Dauphin DTC trial with a clean run and over 11 seconds under SCT. He earned his second AKC agility leg at the Williamsport Dog Training Club trials in June 2002. He completed his AKC Novice Agility title with a clean run and 2 seconds over course time at the Berks County (PA) Dog Training Club trials on August 31, 2002. He earned his first qualifying score of 173 in Novice Obedience at the Syracuse show cluster on Saturday, November 17, 2001. On Saturday, February 16, 2002 at the Hilltown Dog Training Club United Kennel Club obedience trial in Macungie PA, Mirage earned a 170 in the first trial, and 182 in the second. On Sunday at the same site, he earned a 177 and completed the requirements for his United Kennel Club Companion Dog title. On August 28, 2002, Mirage was taped for an episode of Court TV's Forensic Files entitled "Bag of Evidence". He earned his UKC Agility I title on September 7, 2002 at the Belroi agility trials in Gloucester VA. He earned his last two Novice A legs for his AKC Companion Dog title at the Cleveland Crown Classic 12/13/02 (174.5 points) and the Southern Jersey Cluster 1/17/03 (183 points). He is out of Chula Vistas MacMurfees Law x Lupai Shalimar. On Saturday, September 29, 2003 he finished his Novice Jumpers With Weaves Preferred title with a clean run and 5 seconds under standard course time. He completed his Novice Agility Preferred title at the Tail Blazers Agility Club (03/04) and Blue Ridge Dog Training Club (03/04) agility trials. He has 2 U-AGII legs from the Mattaponi Kennel Club UKC Agility Trials on Saturday, June 5, 2004, and earned his U-AGII title at the Belroi Agility Obedience Club trials in Gloucester VA on September 4, 2004. His latest title is a St. Hubert's CDSP Companion Dog (CD-H) title. He is a very outgoing, red-fawn, brushcoat born November 5, 1997. |
